Constructive adult examples
If society is to change for the better, children must get good adult examples to emulate.
There's this snippet from Tokyo.

Ask her to account for this behavioural anomaly, on her part, while handing out homilies to him.
Can the chain smoker dad take his son to task for picking up the habit of smoking, at a tender age? Chances are the kid is gonna shoot back Papa don't preach And the Dad will find himself on the backfoot, for sure.
The Principal, the teachers can preach discipline but if they themselves are noticed to be breaking rules or indulging in wrong practices, their words will have no effect on the students.
Cometh the hour, cometh the man.
We adults need to pledge to be worthy Role Models for the citizens of tomorrow.
