General Rules

  1. Timings for daily events – 9:00 A.M.–3:00 P.M. [12th to 15th August].
  2. Timings for valedictory function on15th August– 9:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M
  3. Parents are invited to attend the fete on 15th August 2015 from 10.00 a.m. onwards. Only awardees along with their parents are invited to attend the fete.
  4. Completed filled up forms can be posted/ mailed or sent personally to Sapphire International School.
  5. The registration for participation will close by 2nd August 2015.
  6. One teacher will be escorting every ten students.
  7. One lady teacher should escort the girl students.
  8. Transport facility for dropping and picking up of participants should be arranged by the respective schools.
  9. Registration fees per participant, per event is Rs. 50/-.
  10. The participants and escorts will be ushered in only after producing the receipt of registration fee.
  11. The participants should come in school uniform and with school I. D. cards without which they will not be allowed to enter the school.
  12. The participants and escorts will be issued badges which should be worn throughout the Rendezvous without which she/he may be treated as a stranger who will be requested to leave the campus.
  13. Food coupons will be available on payment at the registration desk on all days of the competition.
  14. The escorts will be responsible for the discipline of the participants. The participating school will be responsible for any damage to the school property.
  15. The participants should remain with their escorts at their allotted places.
  16. The participants are advised not to carry or wear valuable items.
  17. The school will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings inside the campus.
  18. Each participating group will have to deposit a security amount of Rs. 500/- to cover any damage done to school property. This amount is refundable.
  19. Unauthorized use of school property is prohibited. Movement of students is restricted to prefixed venues.
  20. The participants should come in their costumes for dance, mime, storytelling, skit items, etc.
  21. The participating schools are required to bring their own props, musical instruments, sport kits and other necessary items for the various events.
  22. The handling of props and other instruments have to be managed by the participating groups themselves.
  23. The decisions of judges for the various events will be final.
  24. All the participating schools have to leave the school premises latest by 3.30 p.m.
  25. Commendation certificate and medals will be awarded to the winning group or individual. Participation certificate will be awarded to all the participants. Individual or group found engaged in indiscipline will be disqualified and will not be awarded any awards.
  26. Students may come with flags and festoons of his/her school.
  27. N.B.: NO PARTICIPANT WILL BE ALLOWED TO CARRY ANY CELL PHONE/I-PAD/ CAMERA/TAB OR ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC GADGET INSIDE THE SCHOO PREMISES. IF ANYONE IS FOUND WITH ANY SUCH THING, THE PARTICIPANT/THE GROUP OF PARTICIPANTS MAY BE DISQUALIFIED. ..…….…………………………………….........................................******............................................………………………………………………….
